The beginning

So here we are. An outlet for a mind that never lets out. Interesting. So I can say anything right? Good. I like it that way. I like that whatever comes to mind I can write about and its okay. So I guess we need to get started. Lets delve into the recesses of this thing. I've had a lot of trouble with a song. Not just any song, its a commercial song. Its that new cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper commercial. You know the one where the lady is on a date and once she starts drinking the soda its all "ma napa nump, do do da doo doo, ma napa nump, do doodoo doooo, ma napa nump" you get the idea. Does anyone else besides me remember that? Its from the greatest of my childhood shows, THE MUPPETS. Rolf to be exact. I can't believe I remember that. Then again, with my brain, its amazing I remember anything. Just ask my wife, the great keeper of important things, I am not. Again, though, its crazy all the things that are coming back. I just read on fark about the new Transformers movie coming out in 07. That's nuts. Between Heman, Transformers, Thundercats, and Go-Bots, oh and lets not forget GI Joe, I had nothing else on TV I wanted to watch. Again, its just crazy. Well, I think that is all on the mind for now. Things to think about...

Weird day! I don't know why, but its weird. From the moment I woke up I knew that today would be odd. So far nothing has really said that, but I just feel weird. On my iGoogle page I subscribe to the Hack-A-Day widget, and love it. Most of the hacks are a little much for my liking. So that is to say, they take a chunk out of you day to make happen, depending on the project. But a few days ago is so simple, its sick. Its a multi-tool, or thats what the creator calls it. Hello! McFly!!!

Ah yes. The words heard round the walls of my mind as the Lord's voice calls. Don't ever think that God doesn't have a sense of humor, because you would be wrong. Why is it that people seem so hell bent on doing it themselves? Why do we want to rely on our own powers so much? I ask myself this question because I realize that I do it more often then not. And the answer is, because its our nature as humans. Thats part of the fall I guess. Once we realized the difference between good and evil, the flaw was placed in our hearts and then we "thought" we knew something. I realize that there is a higher power, and I believe in Him today.
