God Bless Us, Everyone!

Did I ever mention that I love video games? Well, the fact is that I do. I have been having the most wonderful time with several RPGs lately. I have been playing the old school Tales of Phantasia for SNES through emu, Morrowind on my PC at home, and now Fable: The Lost Chapters on my PC at work. See, Santa was good to me..... Okay not Santa, but my wife anyway. She bought me Fable and Dungeon Siege II. I haven't really gotten into DS II yet, but Fable I sure have. I had just started a new character in Morrowind, so I can't give that up now, though I probably will for Fable. I have wanted that game for some time now, ever since I saw B playing it on his roomies XBOX. There are few reasons to want an XBOX for me, but that was one of them. Now that its on the PC, who cares. Anyway, excellent game so far, and it doesn't look half bad on my old hunk of junk PC either, or my work hunk for that matter. Could be better, but most things could.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I certainly did. Wore me out, but good none the less. And before you say anything, I know I said Christmas, get over it. That is what the season is about to me. Christ! Not some politically correct crap about the holidays, its Christ. We celebrate his birthday now, and if you don't like it, just get over it. There we go. Now I've gotten that out. I'll take some screenshots as I go through Fable for ya. It will take a while though. Remember, I don't get much time to game each day like I would like. No matter though. Well, I'll get back to work now. Later.

Things to think about...

Weird day! I don't know why, but its weird. From the moment I woke up I knew that today would be odd. So far nothing has really said that, but I just feel weird. On my iGoogle page I subscribe to the Hack-A-Day widget, and love it. Most of the hacks are a little much for my liking. So that is to say, they take a chunk out of you day to make happen, depending on the project. But a few days ago is so simple, its sick. Its a multi-tool, or thats what the creator calls it. Ah yes. The words heard round the walls of my mind as the Lord's voice calls. Don't ever think that God doesn't have a sense of humor, because you would be wrong. Why is it that people seem so hell bent on doing it themselves? Why do we want to rely on our own powers so much? I ask myself this question because I realize that I do it more often then not. And the answer is, because its our nature as humans. Thats part of the fall I guess. Once we realized the difference between good and evil, the flaw was placed in our hearts and then we "thought" we knew something. I realize that there is a higher power, and I believe in Him today.
