Still weird things...

See him in the side there still? Yeah, still better and easier times. Okay, not better, just easier. No kids, good boss, and simple duties. Some of that is still here, meaning the simple duties, except when the once was good boss gets in the midst of it. Then menial becomes meaningful. I don't really mean that. It becomes crap. But, what are you gonna do? Wireless is here and coming to the masses of western Oklahoma. Yea!!!!! That is such a good thing. The best part is, I will be installing it and getting paid nicely. So say good bye to some of the bad debt we have and hello to easier money stuff. Lets face it though. Things won't get easier. I have somethings that just have to be bought soon. One, the Wii. Gotta get me one of these! Two, a dual core AMD Proc. Its just gonna happen. And three, a macbook pro! Yes now! I say the macbook. I may just get a laptop with a decent graphics card in it. I just don't know yet. It would be cheaper thats for sure. Anywho. Things are getting weird. This company I'll be installing for in the evenings is looking to find a spot for me permanent like. And that sounds good, but if they can't nearly double my pay and give comparable benefits, there is no way. I say that. I love where I work now, but I hate my boss. I want to leave my boss, and not my company. These people are like freakin family. Its great. Now, don't get me wrong, my boss has her days where she is fine. Down right pleasant to be around, but those are few and far between. But its nice to know that I'm being considered. Lots of prayer will go into this I can promise you that. I just wish thing were easier here at this place. Maybe they will be yet. Speculation abounds as to my fate, but thats all it is. There is still a coming custody battle I know. Its just a matter of time. Till then, I guess I just press on and reap the rewards of what I do. Just remember, I'm pulling for ya, we're all in this together.

Things to think about...

Weird day! I don't know why, but its weird. From the moment I woke up I knew that today would be odd. So far nothing has really said that, but I just feel weird. On my iGoogle page I subscribe to the Hack-A-Day widget, and love it. Most of the hacks are a little much for my liking. So that is to say, they take a chunk out of you day to make happen, depending on the project. But a few days ago is so simple, its sick. Its a multi-tool, or thats what the creator calls it. Ah yes. The words heard round the walls of my mind as the Lord's voice calls. Don't ever think that God doesn't have a sense of humor, because you would be wrong. Why is it that people seem so hell bent on doing it themselves? Why do we want to rely on our own powers so much? I ask myself this question because I realize that I do it more often then not. And the answer is, because its our nature as humans. Thats part of the fall I guess.
