Wwwwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!

I'm excited, no ecstatic, no just plain happy! I am the proud owner of a New Nintendo Wii! How cool is that? I have been dreaming of one of these since it was called the Revolution (which I liked better might I say). But my wife finally broke down and gave in. We got our tax return back and after paying my mother in law, we had quite a bit let so she bought me the Wii as an early, and only, birthday present. That and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I'm happy as a puppy with two peters. I have always been a Nintendo Fan boy. Lets recap this shall we. I have at home right now an: NES, Original Gameboy, SNES, Gameboy Pocket, and an N64. With several games for each system. So all I am missing now is the Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance (in its many iterations), Gamecube, and DS. Good track record though if I do say so myself. Back during the Great Console Wars of the '90s, I would spit at Sega, and all the other wannabes that cropped up, and when Sony was coming into the fray, I just laughed, that is till I heard that Final Fantasy VII was going to be a Sony exclusive. I jumped ship for a bit. And yes, I like Sony, loved them even. FF VII, FFT, Need for Speed, Megaman Adventures, these were good things. But I still had love for Nintendo, I just couldn't express it since they had not put out a new system in forever. Then, there was the N64 and I was starting college. I had lots of leftover free money and no idea what to do with it, till Ocarina of Time that is. Then I was lost for like three weeks, spending every available moment wrapped in Hyrule again, and fell head over heels for Nintendo again. The tragedy struck, I needed money or this big guys was going to kick my butt. So with much trepidation I sold my beloved N64 to a friend, on the hope to buy it back one day. That never happened. But eBay is a great thing. And I have like nearly all the Zelda's. One, Two, LTTP, OoT, LA (GB), and TP. I have some more to get, but I am closer than I really thought possible.

Well, I am here at work, and I do look kinda distracted, so I better get back. I'm still on the wrong side here, but what are you gonna do. The great battle of custody is still brewing, I'm just waiting to hear the first shot fired. Later. WWWwwwwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!
